Health and wellness covers so many areas. Many of the areas have to do with how we react to other people, which involves our mental and emotional health.
If you teach and coach people (which really we’re all doing all the time if we have children and grandchildren, or mentees at work), remember what you believe in is what they believe is possible. Work on balance and deliberate practice. Think of perspective. Sometimes we have to change ours.
For those of us who run businesses from the luxury of our own homes, a balanced perspective is very important.
